Andrew Jennings to leave Ted Baker board

Jennings is presently chairman of the Ted Baker remuneration committee, and will be succeeded by senior independent non-executive director Helena Feltham in this purpose on 30 January 2022.

Feltham was formerly persons director at B&Q and, right before that, held the purpose of human means director at Marks & Spencer and Jack Wills.

In August, Meg Lustman and Fumbi Chima joined Ted Baker as unbiased non-executive administrators of the organization with quick effect.

Ted Baker chairman John Barton reported: “I regret that Andrew has taken the choice to action down from the board. I would like to thank him for his fantastic contribution as the corporation has navigated a challenging period of time.
