Kolkata: Innerwear maker Lux Industries has witnessed a 118% jump in net gain to Rs ninety.six crore in the fourth quarter of 2020-21. The revenue for the quarter was up by forty nine% to Rs 601 crore.

Commenting on the sector traits, Lux Industries chairman Ashok Kumar Todi stated, “We are pleased to report a resilient performance for the quarter absent by. The performance has been driven by progressive enhancement in demand and usage throughout the innerwear sector.”

He pointed out that regardless of the regional lockdown thanks to the Covid-19 pandemic and the ensuing issues during the quarter, it witnessed wholesome traction for economy and mid-high quality classes and saw a gradual pickup in our high quality and export phase.
