Lexington law enforcement discovered a male suffering from a gunshot wound when they were called to Tates Creek Centre early Tuesday evening.
Lexington law enforcement Lt. Jeremiah Davis claimed law enforcement had been advised that the man’s accidents have been not lifetime-threatening. He was taken to a nearby hospital for cure.
Davis mentioned police were responding to a report of photographs fired in the location of Tates Creek Highway and Tates Creek Centre Push at 6:46 p.m. when they observed the man.
The key entrance and exit to the shopping centre was shut down as police investigated. They appeared to be focusing on a passenger car that was parked in the exit lane.
Davis stated law enforcement did not have any info about a suspect to release.
He requested that any person with details about the shooting phone the Lexington Law enforcement Section or Bluegrass Criminal offense Stoppers.
